Variable edition 1 / 3 (edition 1): the print is available as a variable edition of three (edition 1). Variable means each edition is slightly different but is made from the same original darkroom print.

Material: Hand pulled bromoil transfer on Fabriano Rosaspina (soft white), 210 gsm paper and Hawthorn Stone Litho black ink. Prints are signed and numbered.

Size: 5 x 4” (image), 6 x 9.5” (paper).

An oil based pigment process, bromoil transfers combine traditional darkroom and printmaking techniques to produce photographic images printed in ink on non-photographic paper. The application of ink to a bleached silver gelatine print before each transfer produces images with soft continuous tones that vary from print to print, making each final print unique within an edition.
